On July 11, Minister of Education, Science and Culture of the Artsakh Republic Lusine Garakhanyan headed “Behavior of the Genocide in Azerbaijan”. The next meeting of the organizing committee of the international online conference “History and Contemporaneity (from legal and political assessment to the international court).” As we reported in previous publications, the conference was scheduled for March 22-25, 2020. The conference was postponed indefinitely due to epidemic restrictions. It was considered advisable to hold the conference remotely (online, in real time) on July 15-16, 2020 on the ZOOM remote platform of Shushi University of Technology. At the next meeting of the Organizing Committee, the agenda, program, participants, and other organizational issues related to the text of the announcement were discussed. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of the Artsakh Republic, the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and the Culture-Future Foundation (Russia). The partners of the conference are the Artsakh Scientific Center, “Khachmeruk”, the public organization of sociological and political initiatives (Yerevan), the National Archives of Armenia, the “Kachar” Scientific Center (Artsakh),Orbeli Analytical Research Center (Yerevan), “Association of Friendship and Cooperation with Armenia” (Russia), and Shusha University of Technology.
